Paul M. Aloise Jr., Esq.
Paul is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor who represents NFL athletes and assists them in contract negotiation, appealing fines and suspensions, and negotiating marketing deals. Since 2019, Paul has negotiated 15 NFL contracts, 4 CFL contracts, and 2 XFL contracts. Additionally, he has successfully appealed and reduced an on-field fine for unnecessary roughness and negotiated marketing deals with companies such as SAGE Collectibles, MuscledUp Nutrition, Azul Athletic Apparel, Starsona, Celeb Gap and Tigo Sports Drink.
Paul started playing football at Martin County High School alongside current Denver Broncos safety, Justin Simmons. After graduating high school, Paul attended Florida State University and graduated Cum Laude with degrees in Criminology and Sport Management. While a Florida State Seminole, Paul was a linebacker on the football team and was a member of the 2013 BCS National Championship team. Paul then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate at The Florida State University College of Law.
In 2021 Paul was honored with 3 different awards for his work as an attorney: Super Lawyers Rising Star, National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, and the AVVO Client's Choice Award. Prior to that, Paul was honored with three different awards in 2020 for his work as a criminal defense attorney. He was named by the National Trial Lawyers as a Top 40 under 40, an Elite Lawyer, and was given the AVVO Client's Choice Award. Paul honed his skills as a trial attorney while working as a prosecutor in both the 15th Circuit (West Palm Beach) and 2nd Judicial Circuit (Tallahassee). Throughout his 3 years as a prosecutor, along with his time as Criminal Defense attorney, Paul has taken over 50 cases to trial ranging from DUI to Murder. He has selected over 20 juries, along with Directing and Cross Examining experts in DNA Evidence, Ballistics, Firearms, Eyewitness Identification, Fingerprints and Toxicology. He is now an associate attorney at Brooks, LeBoeuf, Foster, Gwartney, Leace & Hobbs, P.A. and advocates for people who have been criminally accused or who have fallen victim to the negligence, malfeasance or misfeasance of others.
